Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Groups (PPG) meets to provide a forum for discussion about the practice.
The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
We have 2 active Patient Participation Groups whose members work with us to improve our services to patients.
There are two ways in which patients can get involved:
Join our Patient Groups
We meet quarterly (on an evening or lunchtime at the practice) to discuss developing the practice and ensuring that we continue to provide a quality service to our patients.
Join our Virtual PPG on Facebook
We would like to encourage even more patients to get involved with their surgery by offering their comments via a Facebook group.
We will ask members of the group some questions about our services from time to time using social media. This is a chance to give honest and helpful feedback on the services we provide and development for the future of our surgeries. Every opinion matters.
Getting your views listened to
You can play a very important role in the Patient Participation Group, and affect change by joining our virtual community.
